The Palms Hythe is a well-appointed house providing very modern and luxurious accommodation for 6 people in the centre of Hythe town. Each bedroom has high quality bed linen, an en-suite shower room and sliding patio doors, leading onto the deck and sun terrace with recliners, seating area, your own bar for a well-earned cocktail and even palm trees.Stone steps at either end of the terraces lead down to the lower levels and also street level. The spacious living area has a t.v which drops down from the ceiling and sliding patio doors opening out onto the sun terrace, plus a funky purple multi fuel stove for those cooler evenings.


The Palms Hythe is accessed via a coded entry gate and 2 flights of stone steps from the street and is fully enclosed behind a high ragstone wall. Accommodation is all on one level with underfloor heating and wood flooring throughout.
The Garden is set out over two formal terraces on different levels fringed with planting and shrubs. The upper terrace has decking immediately around the house, leading onto artificial grass and a sun-terrace with palm trees, sun loungers and a seating area with occasional tables. The bar with seating is located to the side and steps lead down to the lower terrace and a small garden room with a cloakroom. There is a large dining table with seating for up to 10 people and further steps leading down to the outer gate and garage.
The property has underfloor heating throughout and thermostat controls for each room. There is a multi-fuel stove in the Living area.
Parking: There is a garage for 1 car and a permit can be provided for Mackeson Court car park the street below the house. There is also on-street parking where available.


The traditional seaside town of Hythe is on the doorstep, with its independent shops and some great restaurants to choose from. Why not spend a couple of hours on the Royal Military canal, where you can hire a rowing boat, or take a seaside stroll along the esplanade to nearby Sandgate and explore the antiques shops. The Romney Hythe and Dymchurch miniature steam railway is only a few minutes walk away and is a fun filled day out for the whole family, or fabulous Port Lympne Wild Animal Park is just 10 minutes drive overlooking Romney Marsh and offering a true safari experience with over 600 acres of wildlife to see.

    By Road: Hythe is on the A259 which gives direct access from the Kent and Sussex coast. The PalmsHythe is only 3 miles from the M20 junction 11, which makes the accommodation easily accessible from London, the M25, the Channel ports and the Eurotunnel terminal at Folkestone.
    By Bus: Buses serve Hythe from Ashford, Canterbury, Hastings, Rye, Folkestone and Dover.
    By Rail: Travel via Ashford to Folkestone Central or the Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Railway.
    By Coach: Natonal Express service 021 operates daily between London and Hythe.
